Corrandulla 2017
June 26, 2017
After a great day of showjumping in Wexford, Corrandulla was the next stop for the in-hand classes. There was a great turnout in all classes with fantastic quality ponies. Manor April was first up in the 4-6 year old mare class and in a very strong line up we were delighted to see her take first place. Not wanting to let her daughter take all the limelight, Rosscon Windy Lady then took first in a strong 10 year old mare and over class. Both ponies shown beautifully by Sarah Dickinson. Following the mare classes came the Mare Championship so with Sarah handling Manor April, Anne Conroy stepped up to show Rosscon Windy lady...it was really lovely to see mother and daughter in the ring together and such an honour for Manor April to be chosen as Champion Mare! To round off an amazing day for all of us, Manor Duke with Joe Burke was awarded first place in the Stallion class and the icing on the cake then when he was chosen as the Supreme Champion! We are over the moon with how all our ponies performed yesterday and to see such a great turnout in all classes was a credit to the Corrandulla show organisers.
